Tread - Turf - Meditate - Recover. Element provides a unique opportunity to experience personal training at a fraction of the cost of typical one-on-one sessions by utilizing a group fitness framework. The app facilitates planning, booking, and managing your Element classes effectively.

THE WORKOUT:

This session consists of 52 minutes of high-intensity interval training, employing treadmills and air-pressurized cable machines. The workout is then complemented with a meditation session and Theragun recovery techniques.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

• A heart rate monitor to continuously update your personal statistics throughout the class, allowing you to monitor your fat-burning progress.
• Pre and post workout Performix supplements (participants are welcome to bring their shaker cups for convenience).
• A complimentary bottle of water.
• Access to a Theragun for warm-up prior to and recovery following the class.
